Terms of sale

These terms apply to paid subscriptions taken out on kardzapp.com with being updated, sole trader, being updated, SIRET being updated, VAT being updated, contact contact@kardzapp.com — being updated (the "Seller"). They supplement the terms of use. The French version of these terms prevails.

1. Offers

The Seller offers subscriptions to the Filons, Raw/Loose and Crossover modules, individually or bundled (Pack), billed monthly or yearly. What each module includes and current prices are described on the Pricing page at the time of order.

2. Prices

Prices include all taxes (French VAT included). Depending on your country, you may be offered payment in another currency; the amount charged is the one shown on the payment page before you confirm.

3. Order and payment

You choose your modules and billing period on the Pricing page, then you are redirected to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed; a confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by the Seller.

4. Free trial

Where a 7-day free trial is offered, it requires a payment method on file. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the chosen subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the first payment is taken. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs for the chosen period (one month or one year) and renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, online, from My account → Manage my subscription (cancellation function). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then. Unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 6), the current period is not refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it, without giving any reason. Access to the modules opens as soon as you pay: by confirming your order, you expressly request that the service start during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the service provided until you told us of your decision; the rest is refunded within 14 days, using the payment method you used. Withdrawing during a free trial costs nothing.

7. Conformity

The Seller must provide a service that conforms to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity under the legal guarantee for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 et seq.). If something is wrong, write to contact@kardzapp.com.

8. Limits

The information provided by the Service is an estimate (see section 3 of the terms of use): the subscription gives access to analysis tools, not to guaranteed profits.

9. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please write to contact@kardzapp.com first. If your written complaint is not resolved, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: being updated — being updated.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. The competent courts are those designated by law.
